Background: The Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists (ANZAN) and its Asia Pacific Affairs Committee (APAC) strive to closely engage with our Asian and Pacific colleagues. This initiative aims at catalyzing clinical and research training of neurologists in our region, in conjunction with the regional neurology organizations, by utilizing ANZAN educational and research resources. ANZAN and APAC aim to facilitate the development of neurological services in the Asia Pacific region in special areas of need.
Aim: To provide a grant of up to AUD $50,000 for training/and or clinical research in neurology. Clinical research applications should be restricted to topics related to delivery to neurological services.
Eligibility:
1. The applicant must be from a health institution situated within the Asia Pacific Region.
2. The applicant must provide a formal proposal using the application pro forma available from the ANZAN Secretariat.
3. The proposed training/and or clinical research period is a minimum of 6 months.
